Coaching Sessions for Weight Management Support Group
New weight management sessions for women are forming now to begin
in March 2015! Group size are limited to no more than 6 women in each
group. Each group will meet one evening or one afternoon a week for 8
weeks and each session will run for approximately an hour and half. Days
and times are as follows
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays evening sessions 6:30pm
to 8pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoon sessions 1pm to 2:30PM

Each weekly sessions is 25.00 per person payable at the start of each
session

Please call the office to register which day and time period you are
interested in at 570-832-1050 The office is located in the town of Milford
and we will give you directions.

If you would like to lose weight and live a healthier life style and
have been unable to reach your weight management goals with
other methods you may benefit from my life coach weight
management group sessions support group.

Working within small groups I have designed a specific successful
program using various coaching techniques that will give you a
fresh new perspective on weight management and assist you on
achieving your goals. My program goes beyond the numbers and
looks at the body, mind and spirit of the client to help you
determine, identify and change existing habits to overcome
obstacles to achieve your goals. We will form plans of actions and
you will receive both individual and group support and motivation
techniques and I provide assessment of these actions each week
for each member of the group. You will learn how to manage your
weight management goals within your existing life style to achieve
success! I have developed this program to be a fun positive
experience with an emphasis on boosting self confidence as we
break down the goals to easy positive steps each week. If you
have experienced disappointments in the past with other weight
management programs please try this positive experience!
